What is Humanolab?
An AI health coach for nutrition, sleep and movement. It gives you one daily score from three rings, a coach, a food protocol, and a weekly biological-age estimate.
Is it medical advice?
No. Humanolab is a wellness app, not a medical device. It doesn't diagnose or treat any condition. Talk to your clinician about medical decisions.
What does it read from Apple Health?
Sleep, activity and workouts, heart and breathing measurements, body measurements, mobility, daylight and sound exposure, mindful minutes, symptoms you log, menstrual cycle, and nutrition logged by other apps. Humanolab never writes to Apple Health.
To change access: iPhone Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Humanolab.
Does it need an Apple Watch?
No. With an Apple Watch you also get sleep stages, Recovery and daily load. With an iPhone alone, sleep is estimated from time in bed.
How does the AI work, and can I turn it off?
Meal photos and descriptions, voice notes and coach messages are processed by OpenAI only if you turn AI on in Privacy settings. Without AI, meals are estimated from Humanolab's own food database.
How is biological age calculated?
It's estimated from your habits, and from your blood tests if you upload them. It updates once a week, is shown as a range with a pace, and is not a diagnosis.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Humanolab, or in the app: Privacy → Manage subscription. The free trial is 7 days, and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I restore a purchase?
On the plans screen in the app, tap Restore purchases while signed in with the Apple ID you bought with.
How do I export or delete my data?
In the app: Privacy → Export my data, or Delete account. Deletion is permanent. More at humanolab.ai/delete-account.
