Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 2, 2026
These terms govern your use of humanolab.ai and the Humanolab app, operated by Humanolab, based in Bogotá, Colombia. By using Humanolab or joining early access you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. This English version is a translation; if there is any difference, the Spanish version prevails.
1. What Humanolab is
Humanolab is an AI health coach. It connects to your wearables, labs and meals, and turns that information into one small step a day across nutrition, sleep and movement, plus tools such as medication and supplement reminders, a habit log, hydration, cycle tracking and lab reading.
2. Not a medical service
Humanolab is a wellness and education tool. It is not a medical device; it does not diagnose, treat or prevent disease and it does not replace a healthcare professional. Your coach's suggestions are general and based on protocols reviewed by our medical team, but any decision about diagnosis, treatment or medication should be made with your doctor.
If you have an emergency, call your local emergency number. Don't use Humanolab for urgent situations.
Estimates (for example biological age or a meal rating) are approximations and may be wrong.
3. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older and able to accept these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you log and for keeping your account and device secure.
4. Early access
During early access Humanolab is free, starting on iPhone. It is a version in development: features may change, break or be removed, and we may limit the number of participants. By signing up you agree to receive emails about early access and launch, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Your feedback helps us improve, and we may use it without any obligation to compensate you.
If we offer paid plans in the future, we'll tell you the price and conditions before charging you, and Colombian consumer law (Law 1480 of 2011) will apply, including the right of withdrawal where applicable.
5. Connected data and AI
You choose which sources to connect (for example Apple Health or a wearable) and can disconnect them at any time. Your coach's answers are generated by AI and may contain errors; check important information and consult a professional when appropriate. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
- Don't use Humanolab for illegal purposes or to harm others.
- Don't try to access systems, accounts or data that aren't yours.
- Don't copy, modify or distribute the app or its content without permission.
- Don't scrape or extract data from the service automatically.
7. Intellectual property
Humanolab, its brand, design, software, content and protocols belong to Humanolab or its licensors. We grant you a personal, limited and revocable license to use the app. The data you log is yours.
8. Liability
We provide the service with care, but during early access it is offered "as is". To the extent the law allows, Humanolab is not liable for health decisions made without consulting a professional, for the accuracy of data from third-party devices, or for service interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Colombian law.
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop using Humanolab and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law.
10. Support
For questions, requests or complaints, email hola@humanolab.ai. For personal data matters, email legal@humanolab.ai.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we'll let you know before they apply. Continuing to use Humanolab after that date means you accept the new version.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. We will first try to resolve any dispute directly; otherwise it will go to the competent courts of Bogotá, without prejudice to your rights under consumer protection law.
